Eligibility criteria
- 01Purchase a property in an approved PDS development worth at least USD 375,000.
- 02The property may be acquired off-plan or as a resale on the open market under the PDS.
- 03The property must be held for a minimum period of 5 years.
- 04The applicant must be of good character and provide the necessary documents.
- 05Application is made to the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Mauritius.
